At aspr, each piece is carefully researched, measured, photographed, and documented to ensure complete transparency before purchase.
Due to the nature of curated archival and designer resale, all items are final sale.
We do not accept returns for:
- Fit or sizing issues
- Change of mind
- Styling expectations
- Buyer’s remorse
We strongly encourage clients to review measurements, photos, and descriptions carefully and to message us with any questions prior to purchase. We are always happy to assist before an item is purchased.
Exception — Accuracy Guarantee
If an item is found to be significantly misrepresented (undisclosed damage, incorrect item, or major description error), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such rare cases, aspr may offer store credit at our discretion.
This policy allows us to keep aspr focused on curation, research, and fair pricing rather than return logistics, while maintaining a high level of trust and transparency with our clients.
